Ms Bone was extremely friendly, patient with my heathen kids and kind. We enjoyed working with her. I also really appreciate that she was so patient answering all of my questions and being so transparent through our whole purchase. My wife and i were expecting a long, stressful day of mattress shopping. Thankfully that wasnt the case at The Mattress Hub. Tia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the mattress types. She knew how to direct us to the levels of firmness to match our preferences. There was no pressure or rush. Highly recommend if you want an easy-going mattress shopping experience.

Tia Bone was helpful as ever and super knowledgeable about the mattresses. We couldn’t decide between the two we had our eye on and she helped us settle on our mattress without rushing us. Purchasing process we smooth with no cut corners or secret fees. Looking forward to our new mattress!
