Grant was so helpful by helping us select the best mattresses for our needs. He has an awesome personality and didn’t make us feel we were being pressured to purchase a mattress. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality bed that will give you comfort and numerous nights of great sleep.

Logan at the Mattress Hub in Derby was fantastic, and the store was immaculate. He was neither pushy, nor "typical salesman". He greeted us when we walked in, asked how he could help, steered us a bit towards what he thought we'd like, and then left us alone while we tried different things and talked it out. He knew all of the information, and was able to speak extemporaneously, which was nice. Definitely the best bed shopping experience I've ever had. The store is clean, well lit, easily accessible, and very well stocked, while being fairly spacious.

Best in town. We have had such a wonderful experience here!! Phil, the staff & the owner have all gone above and beyond to make our experience here a great one. We found the right bed for our needs and were even gifted replacement items months later after our pillows were ruined under some unique circumstances. All of the staff has been kind and accommodating to our young kids and have always made us feel welcome. We have been to another local store before and Mattress Hub will always get our business!

Delivery service provided by Steve and Michael was Great! They contacted me ahead of delivery and had on time delivery. Great job on bringing in and set-up. Highly recommend.

I want to thank John for a great customer experience! Finally I found a salesperson who throughly understands mattresses and gives a customer all the information they need, plus personal attention. When I think of all the time and money I’ve wasted over the years investing in the wrong mattresses, it makes me even more appreciative of John’s expertise. My perfect mattress was delivered the next day by very nice delivery staff! My daughter bought a mattress from John, recommended him to me, and my neighbor has now ordered a mattress from him on my recommendation. Again. a great customer experience!!!
