Very helpful staff!’nnn

Excellent selection and very excellent customer service. Grant Buchanan was our sales associate. He listened to our needs. He took us through several different options. He did exactly what he's supposed to in regard to showing us the top-of-the-line inventory, but also was sure to show us the store brand versions, as well. Managed to find us a delivery time slot on a busy sales weekend (Labor Day), and had an excellent, friendly demeanor. He told us that Mattress Hub has a manufacturing facility near here in Haven, KS. Based on the fact that it's a local business, and especially due to Grant's performance, we purchased the name brand set. He is an excellent asset and should be looked at for promotion as soon as the opportunity arises.

When I walked into Mattress Hub today I was immediately greeted with a smiling and energetic sales associate. Ginny was very thorough and helpful. She not only answered my questions in depth but taught me a lot regarding present mattress construction details that helped form my decision. Ginny was great!

Absolutely amazing experience going in. Worked with Jon and he listened to what I needed and was able to help me find a mattress that I'm super excited to have. Definitely a great place to go if you need a mattress!

Phil did a wonderful job and was very thorough in explaining the difference in mattresses and all the features about the bed we bought. Very good customer service and a great selection of mattresses.

The salesman at the McPherson store was super helpful. He didn't pressure us, and he really listened to what we were looking for. Ultimately, we ended up buying a king mattress for us and a twin for our son. I would definitely shop here again.
