The Mattress Hub was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist, and I'm so glad she did. The staff at The Mattress Hub was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. They had lots of different kinds of beds in their showroom to try out. The manager of their East location, Brian, was very helpful in guiding us through their many options that fit our needs and answering all of our questions without being pushy. The installers were very courteous. There was one glitch in the installation that originated at the factory (i.e. not Mattress Hub's fault). The installers worked in real time with Brian and their warehouse manager to come up with a 100% solution enabling them to complete the installation on the same day. I have now had the best night's sleep I have had in a long time for 3 nights in a row. I highly recommend The Mattress Hub to anyone looking for a new bed. My thanks to the Mattress Hub!

I am young and new to buying adult things. And when I went to this mattress hub, they really helped me understand all that they offered and what the best deals were going to be. Additionally, the salesmen that helped me, Mark, was really the deal sealer. He did such a fine job in providing the right information but was as well super personable and compassionate. After buying the mattress, I feel very confident in what I bought and the people I bought it from!

My Mother gave me her 1yo Comfort Base VESTA queen bed but didn't include the power supply or DC cord (she's 79yo), so I called Mattress Hub, where she originally purchased the bed, and spoke to Brian! From that 1st phone call, Brian stuck with me for 1-2 weeks via text messaging to make sure I got my new bed working!! He even dug through the stores old mismatched accessories and found a used power supply and the DC cord. I picked it up, met Brian in person (he is just as nice, if not nicer and engaging in person), and low and behold, my bed is in the perfect position (for me) as we speak!! Hallelujah! I can not thank Brian enough for going above and beyond to ensure my (new to me) Comfort Base VESTA bed works like a charm! I highly recommend visiting Brian at Mattress Hub for all your bedding wants and/or needs! He's the BEST!

Phil, Lawrence KS, is amazing!!! This whole move has been extremely difficult for me and to finally meet a wonderful soul just makes my heart happy. Especially, being disabled and dealing with health issues and being treated unfairly all the time, it was really nice to walk around relaxed and smiling. Huge high fives!! Keep up the awesome work and I’ll definitely be letting everyone know to go to y’all!
