Joshua and Daniel were very polite they did not push me into any decision I did not want to make and was very knowledgeable on their products. My delivery went very smooth, on time and polite. Love my new king size mattress! Thank you for all your great customer service.

Steve welcomed us promptly, and was invitational rather than aggressive, or pressed us with big salesman type tactics. I could sigh with relief! He was quick to adapt when we recognized that we’d favored other than we asked for, as we tried each mattress. He was accommodating, knew the inventory well, and was so knowledgeable. He was patient, happy, he was genuine. After comparing with 2 other mattress stores, we came back to the mattress hub. He made the difference, not just the mattress. Grateful!

The customer service was great but they seem to be have technical issues at the moment.

Super friendly

Ms Hanning was pretty great. Sheryl taught us so much about back health and the technology that can make sleep quality so much better. We’re looking forward to getting better rest AND we’ll certainly spread the word about the amazing and helpful staff at the derby mattress hub!!

Sheryl was super helpful and knowledgeable. After a bad experience with a different store, Sheryl being so patient and personable was a breath of fresh air!
