We went in not expecting to find a mattress right away. We were very happy with the service that Michael provided. He made this experience quick for us.

The wife and I walked in knowing what we don't want. Dana was very helpful and transparent when it came to selecting a new mattress and what we would need to go up a mattress size. We've walked out of mattress stores because all they wanted to do was push their most expensive models, and redirect us from anything economical. This was not the case with Dana. She showed us the name brand models, and gave us the details, and quickly showed us something cheaper that was close to the same. It was nice to have her walk us through everything. I will recommend anyone I know who is looking for a new mattress to Dana.

I went in there expecting a high-pressure sales experience, and it was totally the opposite! The staff (just so happened to be Brett [the Manager]) was SUPER amazing and REALLY laid back. He made the whole purchase experience a really PLEASANT experience! No hassle, no gimmicks, no pressure, just honest people in a laid-back atmosphere ready to help you find the best mattress for you. Extremely difficult to submit a warranty claim. The comfort exchange business model needs replaced with a more customer friendly model.

2nd time making purchases at this place. Sales lady was quick to help and make suggestions for what we were looking for. Made purchases at a good price for the quality and scheduled pickup at the warehouse. Quick and easy. Would do business here again.

Very helpful and kind. Tia was excellent. We had our kids with us and she went above and beyond to help us pick the right mattress and watch our kids.
