The agents I texted with were helpful and promptly answered my questions. They located a store in my area that had what I needed available, eliminating the headache of running all over trying to find a store that had what I wanted, by myself.

Worst company EVER!!! They charged us $3, 000 for a bed we never received!! When they said they would refund our money back to our credit card it was never done and they changed their story, they stated "it is in house credit and anything you don't use is WASHED." I was also told the adjustable base was refundable before 30 days, thatbis also not the case. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and look past the fact that when I walked in the guy had his legs propped up on the desk watching movies, took me three times of saying " hello, can I get some help?" before he moved. Will NEVER do business with them nor will any of my friends or family!!!! The only reason I give them 1 star is because that's only way it would post, not worth even 1. They were so rude to us even at the corporate level!! I dealt with Zane, very unprofessional and very rude!!!!

Yes, I was in need of a new mattress and box springs and have been shopping around but just didn't find the price or firmness that I could afford at this time! But because of this end of the year sale Carol the sales associate found the most perfect combination for me! I just couldn't pass this one up!
