DJ was very knowledgeable! I ended up getting a totally different mattress than what I came in for.

This place is awesome!

We were in serious need of a new mattress and frame. I needed a base to elevate my head and a cooling mattress, my wife need lumbar support and a more supportive mattress. Ginny explained the benefits of each mattress and how they differed. She demonstrated the base functions and addressed our individual sleep needs. We selected the Tepur-Pedic Medium Probreeze Hybrid twin-xl mattresses, with individual bases. The customer service was superb and Ginny made sure to answer all of our questions and address our individual and combined needs. Alison was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. My wife and I looked at several mattresses and Alison was a great help throughout the entire process.

My husband and I have never owned a mattress that cost more than around $200. We always assumed our old beds were fine and that our aches and pains were just part of life. I’m 40 and have had several hip surgeries, including a full hip replacement, as well as three meniscus surgeries. My husband is 50 and has worked for the railroad for over 20 years—he’s never had a smooth ride and sleeps whenever he can, as railroaders are on call 24/7, 365 days a year. When we visited, DJ showed us a wide selection of beds and took the time to ask what we were really looking for. He never tried to upsell or push anything we didn’t want. Instead, he helped us find a mattress we truly love—one that we expect to enjoy for the next 15 years. Thank you, DJ, for an exceptional experience. We genuinely appreciate your help!
