Came into the store with little to no information or intention of making a purchase. Allison was so helpful giving us a better understanding of not only the mattresses, but the prices and sales going on and coming soon.

James helped us with the purchase of a new adjustable bed. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different models and features that would best suite us. Great shopping experience and can't wait to enjoy our new bed!!

I was reluctant to go into a brick and mortar mattress retailer, but after a bad experience using an online retailer I decided to give The Mattress Hub a try. Phil, in Lawrence, took the time to hear my concerns, narrow down my best options, and helped me find the right mattress, without using high pressure sales tactics. I wish I had avoided trying to navigate all the online options by myself and gone to The Mattress Hub first.

I had the pleasure of shopping with Steve at the Salina branch and it was an amazing experience. My last purchase was over 5 years ago but when I walked in he greeted me by name. He took the time and patience to help me select the best purchase to meet my family need. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I can honestly say this was one of my best shopping experiences. The North West Mattress Hub/Braden is a great customer service, we had a situation that we were not able to continue with our layaway plan. They were able to meet our needs and serviced us well, and provided great customer service.
