I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve while shopping for a new mattress, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. His personable nature made the whole process enjoyable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect mattress within our budget. My wife and I Walked into the store ready to purchase a new mattress. The salespeople were sitting at a desk in the back. They took one look at us and went back to talking. They did not even acknowledge that we were there. I'm guessing that because we looked younger they assumed we were not worth their time. We went down the street to MATTRESS FIRM, spent 3k, and received incredible customer service.

Fast, easy transaction completed to buy two new mattresses for our girls. They will be delivered for free this Saturday and we can return them for credit towards different ones if they don’t like them.

Carol was so incredibly helpful! We went in not knowing what we wanted and she spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we were needing and explained several models to us. Delivery date was just 4 days later and we are so relieved to have a better mattress. Thank you Carol!

When I began looking for another mattress, I looked at NFM and The Mattress Hub. Phil Sanchez is the manager and is the person that I primarily worked with. He took his time to explain the different aspects of the products and answered all of my questions. It was because of the customer service here that I decided to buy local. The store contacted me upon delivery to make sure that all had gone well and helped with questions that I had. Both the manager and assistant manager were quick to respond and to be of assistance. I've bought multiple items from NFM but am very glad that I made the mattress and base purchases here.

Went in after having to move ASAP after a traumatic experience. Very helpful and ultra nice! Got what i needed at a reasonable price and had help with options and even loading things! 10/10
