We went back a couple of times to test the mattress and Tia was always willing to help out and talk about the deals and products. Very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable service without the normal "pushiness" that is felt at other mattress stores.

My husband and I came into Mattress Hub to just "look" at the possibility of getting a new mattress. Ginny greeted us at the door. She helped us, but without making us feel pressured to buy today! Because of her knowledge and kindness she earned our business today! DJ was great too! They make a great team!! We are excited to get our new mattress!

Zane was the rudest salesmen I have encountered today. Talked to me like a dog. Acted like a big shot salesmen. Me and my family walked out. Rip his business card all over the floor. Told us don't let the door hit us on the way out. Very unhelpful. He lost you guys a salesman. He is a jerk.

Went in there have done business in there for years. Zane was the rudest salesmen I have encountered. Was rude to my family. He was trying to act like he was a hot shot big salesmen. Spoke to my family like we were dirt. We walked out ripped his business card up and threw it all over the floor. They lost a sale today! Wont be back!
