Salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. Product sold itself based on consumer reviews and customer satisfaction. Not a cheap product but you get way more than you think. Can't wait for delivery of our new bed

She knew how to direct us to the levels of firmness to match our preferences. There was no pressure or rush. Highly recommend if you want an easy-going mattress shopping experience.
