Ginny was a great help navigating the through the choices of the mattress world. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in a competitive market. A joy to be around. All mattress stores are pretty much same. Layout, beds, accessories etc. It’s the people that make a difference and Ginny was the reason we purchased our mattress at Mattress Hub.

Phil and John at the Mattress Hub in Lawrence, KS are knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful—no pressure, but complete information about their products. I have purchased 3 mattresses and sets of sheets from them; I highly recommend this store with these gentlemen..

Kelly was great in helping me find the right bed for my elderly father. I told her the vagus of what I was looking for and then she gave me a full tour of what might fit that. She answered any questions and even showed me an example that would help me understand the answer more clearly. I gave the review of 4 stars instead of 5 because I've been waiting a few weeks on the delivery of the needed platform. Of course that's not her fault. but is reflective of the company itself. In my phone calls and return phone calls about this situation, everyone has been a helpful as possible. Because I'm not in a dire situation, I'm being patient, but it is frustrating.
