Ginny was very patient with us as we came in at the end of the day. We were a bit picky when it came to choosing our final mattress and then an adjustable base. I had one mattress in mind when going in but went a completely different route. One of our kids was a bit wild but thankfully Ginny didn’t allow that to interfere with the purchase. Can’t wait for final delivery

Chase was so so helpful. He was exactly what you'd want in a mattress salesman. Wasn't pushy at all and super knowledgeable. He immediately identified what we struggle with in our current mattress and made great recommendations

Went in not knowing what I wanted. Rob W was extremely helpful. Wasn’t rushed at all. He made sure I took my time to get exactly what I wanted. He was very personable, and made sure I was comfortable in the price. There were 3 customers in the store and he took his time bouncing between us while make each of us feel like his only customer! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the most important investment in your sleep.

Thank you. ** Update no personal calls I had to call got a text message asking which store this happened at. 611 S Dugan Rd, Wichita, KS 67209 off of West Kellogg. Located in: Westgate Market Sq Resolved. Thank you. I sent screenshot of this store no call back. In the original reply to my resolution to get our 300 dollars back for the mattress the employee damaged. And for selling the wrong mattress to us. Reply was an email to reply to and stating that our resolution would be met. But that reply was removed but I screen shot it here it is. *** SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM IN THE PICTURES TO SEE THEIR REPLY TO ME*** Resolved- Thank You. Well this was a very horrible experience today. My family member and I went to purchase a twin mattress for our son. The man I cannot recall his name only that his cologne filled the whole building he was working with a woman. The male worker showed us the twin mattress the one he showed me was a memory foam twin he said he could sell it out the back door for 200 and would even load it into the car for us. The Mattress Hub worker said he would sale it for that amount without a receipt cash only. I thought this was odd but thought it was an item no longer going to besold in the future. I asked him to put it in the trunk I would have to put the seats down but he insisted saying it would fit better in the back seat. I thought this was odd he shuved our mattress into the car bending it by the time we got home took the mattress inside we realized he had bent the metal springs in the mattress leaving a bent form & upon closer inspection it was not the same mattress I told him I wanted that he had showed me the display of that mattress he sold me a spring mattress not the twin memory foam mattress He told us it was 300 would sale it to us for 200 that he quoted us originally. When I came back from the ATM the worker said so you have the 300? I thought he said 200 my husband said he did say 200 then changed it when I came back with the cash. No receipt given and ,not the mattress I told him I wanted the memory foam. Well this was not a saving but a switch and and he pocketed the extra money for himself no doubt. We have the receipt showing our ATM cash withdrawl and the store could view the video of their mattress guy inside & out shuving the mattress in our car. Such a dishonest, disrespectful person . Avoid going here because this guy likes to rip people off switch the merchandise quote you a different price and damage the merchandise with no receipt.Yes I guess we were dumb for trusting Mattress Hub we didn't have this problem before when we spent 2 thousand on a bed from them in the past. I guess we will have to shop elsewhere with employees with better integrity.Mattress Hub watch your employees. They are stealing from your customers and possibly your company. ** Resolution - Please refund our $300 for the mattress the employee damaged we will bring it back to you. The mattress is still in its original package and all labels are still attached within the plastic. ** Thank you
