Came here first, then went to 10+ mattress places to compare but ended up here again. Brian easily beat the price of other local shops, found the perfect fit for me, and had a no-pressure approach to the conversation. Threw in a free pillow and a set of sheets at cost (am I allowed to make this public?) alongside the TXL combo with the right adjustable frames I was looking for. Did Brian make an excellent sale? Yes. Did he tuck me in? No. Am I happy with my purchase? Yes. Will I come back again? Yes.

We had a great experience at the northwest Mattress Hub. Jonah was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and took time explaining everything in order to ensure we made the best decision for our needs. He did all of this while maintaining an absolute no pressure environment. I truly believe he would have spent the same amount of time with us whether or not we decided to make a purchase. He was smart, personable, honest, and fair. This was our second time purchasing from the northwest Mattress Hub and we will continue to be repeat customers as well as recommend Jonah and the northwest branch to everyone we know!
