Edited to add after receiving a response from The Mattress Hub: It was not free. It was exchanged for the correct size. I did NOT receive my money back in any way shape or form! Please don't gaslight the customer when you messed up! Stopped in to order a full sized box spring only for my daughter's bed. When it was delivered, it was too big for the bed... Because they had ordered a queen sized box spring. My fault for not checking the receipt to be sure, so I called and spoke with the manager that I had originally worked with. He said "No problem, we'll just come out in 2 days and bring the full size and pick up the queen. 2 days later... No box spring... I called and spoke with someone else and they said there was no note or anything that that was what was supposed to happen. I asked how long it was going to be before we could get the correct size delivered and it was going to be another 2-3 days. We went ahead and had them deliver it, but I did tell them if they were not there at the promised time I wanted my money back and I would go somewhere else. Finally a week later we received the correct size box spring.
