My wife and I Walked into the store ready to purchase a new mattress. The salespeople were sitting at a desk in the back. They took one look at us and went back to talking. They did not even acknowledge that we were there. I'm guessing that because we looked younger they assumed we were not worth their time. We went down the street to MATTRESS FIRM, spent 3k, and received incredible customer service.

Carol was so incredibly helpful! We went in not knowing what we wanted and she spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we were needing and explained several models to us. Delivery date was just 4 days later and we are so relieved to have a better mattress. Thank you Carol!
