i am more then pleased with the outcome of my situation!!! Lack of communication or not, this place went far and beyond to make sure i had a smile on my face! thank you team Hub!

Within about 10 months of owning the mattress, it became stiff and put pressure against my lungs that made it hard to breathe, like the last mattress, only this time with no recourse of replacement. While I have no issue with their treatment of customers, the quality of the products simply does not last.
