My friends had purchased a Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base, but I was concerned about the price of the set. I spoke with Daniel Garcia at The Mattress Hub who was very helpful with explaining the benefits of each level of Tempurpedic quality. With his help I could see the benefits and value offered by the products and this store in particular. They offer a chance to exchange the product if it does not suit you and an extended warranty that no other local outlet can match. I am looking forward to receiving my Tempurpedic products. I got honest information, very professional, not high pressure, just what I needed.

Spent $2000 for a mattress. Owner of shop was great. Day of delivery realized I needed a frame. Called owner he said go to the shop and he would discount a frame. Got there staff said they just sold last one. They would be ordering and said I needed to put a down payment? I am about to ask her why, her phone rings, she takes the call and walks off. The other employee said I would have to wait for her to get off the phone. I told him I don't have to do anything and left. How rude to leave a customer standing. I was very upset at the treatment I received.

I was impressed with level of knowledge and ability to point out possible choices. Purchase was slowed by me. But I did buy my set and am joyous to be set.
