Tia, the sales manager, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for us. The store itself is clean, attractive, and has a nice selection of brands and mattresses on the showroom floor. They offer a sleep trial to insure we're happy with our choice, and the extended warranty is a nice bonus.
