I appreciate the very personable and knowledgeable salesman. I gained a lot of information and believe that I an going to appreciate my new mattress a lot. He was even willing to stay after store closing to assist me with my purchase. My experience was very positive.

Steve welcomed us promptly, and was invitational rather than aggressive, or pressed us with big salesman type tactics. I could sigh with relief! He was quick to adapt when we recognized that we’d favored other than we asked for, as we tried each mattress. He was accommodating, knew the inventory well, and was so knowledgeable. He was patient, happy, he was genuine. After comparing with 2 other mattress stores, we came back to the mattress hub. He made the difference, not just the mattress. Grateful!

The customer service was great but they seem to be have technical issues at the moment.
