Within about 10 months of owning the mattress, it became stiff and put pressure against my lungs that made it hard to breathe, like the last mattress, only this time with no recourse of replacement. While I have no issue with their treatment of customers, the quality of the products simply does not last.

Stopped in to "test cuddle" a split king in the beginning phases of shopping. Tia was kind, knowledgeable and no pressure. Even allowed my typically shy 10y/o to test the integrity of the stuffed serta sheep without judgment 😆 I'm excited to say she struck a hard bargain to pass up and I was able to commit to the best of the best product! Can't wait for delivery and hopefully the best sleep ever!!
