Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable staff super nice.

I was in a dilemma -- I had ordered a mattress from an online company and the delivery date kept changing to later and later, to beyond when we would need it for our guests. So I contacted Mattress Hub in Hutchinson to see if it was possible to get a mattress in a matter of days. They explained it depended on what was in stock. I went to the store later that day and they had already researched which mattresses were in stock for me. I was shown several and explained the qualities of each and was able to make a decision. It will be delivered in three days, in plenty of time for my company! I am so happy! This mattress is a way better mattress than the one I originally ordered from the other company so it was a blessing in disguise that it all worked out this way. I found local help when I needed it. Thanks!

The salesman was very friendly and informative. He answered all questions and made suggestions and was not pushy like other people i have encountered in sales. Would definitely do business here again.

No hassle very easy to deal with excellence service

The sales people are great at selling you a bed but horrible about communicating delays for delivery. I have waited over 3 weeks and still haven't heard anything unless I called them first. If I haven't heard anything by this Friday I will be canceling the sale through customer service. I could have already got a bed by now if I would have gone anywhere else.
