Service was spectacular, if you go there talk to Tia bone

Zane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to find the perfect mattress. A great company to deal with.

I stopped into The Mattress Hub - West, just to ask a question about adjustable bases. Thankfully, the customer service that I received from Brian was so helpful and pleasant that I ended up making a purchase. Brian took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great options. I appreciated that there was no high pressure selling. I would definitely recommend The Mattress Hub.

He demonstrates excellence in professionalism, exhibiting calm during the storm, with excellence in multitasking juggling my urgent needs in the middle of helping many others during a very busy sales promotion day, with coordination of care, and most of all follow thru, with grace, deligence and willingness to help troubleshoot and accommodate with a unexpected complicated request. Actually, all my years of experience with the Mattress Hub team employees have been above reproach. Originally with Barry Carter, to a year ago Rob Warness to Brian Wheeler today at Dugan Rd together with their kind and helpful delivery gentlemen to Jonah at West 21st location also during today’s most urgent request, should be rewarded with raises and praise in my professional opinion. I really felt like the staff was well prepared to answer all our questions and so knowledgeable about the mattresses. They were determined to custom our selection to our personal needs. We are anxious for the quick delivery and start waking up rested with no aches and pains. Thank you Ginny.

This has easily been one of the easiest, smoothest mattress buying experiences I've ever had. Generally, I rank mattress buying up there with car buying in terms of how painful it is. However, I came in the Manhattan store late (literally it was 7:58pm) and Tia still was happy to help me despite closing at 8. I already more or less knew about what I needed and asked her to cute all the fluff out and just give me the features of a few specific mattresses. She obliged without issue and within a couple days we were able to sort out exactly which mattress I wanted and she even finished the sale over the phone so that I wasn't forced to come all the way back in. But what has really been the most impressive is the after sales support. Because of the mattress I ended up buying which is incredibly thick, the box springs made it unreasonably high for me to get into. There was zero hesitation from Tia to get me a solution that worked better - aka smaller box springs. Fast forward a month and I had an issue with one of the box springs randomly breaking across multiple slats. Rather than making me jump thru crazy hoops to get it resolved, she walked me thru every step of the online process for the warranty and made sure the request was handled the very next day! I will absolutely go back to her if I need another mattress and I'll gladly send others to Tia as well. She really bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of before, during and after the sale!
