Tia was very knowledgeable with lots of information about how the different mattresses affects your health.

I have nothing but great things to say about this store. The BEST customer service!! I was working on submitting a claim on the Tempur-pedic website, calling their business phone number, and talking to the website bot for over an hour with no success. So I called the Mattress Hub store and with no hesitation the manager took over and was able to get the warranty submitted. He was very kind and happy to help. Even though I have moved, my next mattress purchase will be made there! Thank you so much!! I’m very grateful!!

Went there today to see the selection because I had a specific brand in mind (Stearns & Foster) and I wanted to take a look at it and ask questions. I saw the mattress and the store manager, Tia Bone, was sooo helpful in answering all of my (500) questions lol. My daughter was with me and she was shopping for 2 new mattresses and Tia was there answering her questions too! Tia went above and beyond in her customer service assistance with us that day and we ended up purchasing 3 mattresses and foundations from the Mattress Hub that afternoon. Thanks Tia!

We were referred to The Mattress Hub by a close friend and we ended up going to the Greenwich store in east wichita and Ginny Gonzalez helped us out. She is amazing and knows what she’s doing. She did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable with how much we were spending and did what was best for us and she didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear just to get the sale. We appreciated her honestly and transparency with everything. If you are looking to purchase a new mattress please go see her, she will absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you are more than comfortable with your payment and still get you all the features you want in a mattress and a base. We went yesterday to look around, and left with the biggest smile on our face and a new bed to be delivered. Tia was informative, funny, and personable. She was a plethora of knowledge and helped us determine what was best for us! She isn’t an over push salesmen who wants to make a quick buck. She truly cares about what she does, and wants to ensure you are happy. The store has a lot of selections and the prices are amazing! They also do delivery, set up, and haul off! Stop in and ask for Tia Bone! You will not be disappointed.

Our service from Brian and his partner was fast, friendly, and enthusiastic! We needed a mattress for my daughter, and we were in & out in under 30 minutes and on budget! She’s thrilled with her new bed. Go here!!
