Great service from DJ and he shared knowledge that allowed me to choose the best mattress for our household.

Kelly was great in helping me find the right bed for my elderly father. I told her the vagus of what I was looking for and then she gave me a full tour of what might fit that. She answered any questions and even showed me an example that would help me understand the answer more clearly. I gave the review of 4 stars instead of 5 because I've been waiting a few weeks on the delivery of the needed platform. Of course that's not her fault. but is reflective of the company itself. In my phone calls and return phone calls about this situation, everyone has been a helpful as possible. Because I'm not in a dire situation, I'm being patient, but it is frustrating.

Fast, friendly, inexpensive. Need i say more.

I went in to price shop on a full size flat bed and was assisted by Curtis. He advised they did have what I needed. After speaking with him I was satisfied and then ordered a new mattress to go with it. He was willing to have the delivery made whenever I called for it. I was totally satisfied with this transaction.

My husband and I went to another store to shop around. We were not very impressed with the selection, prices, and salesmanship. We left there and went to Mattress Hub and from the moment we walked in the door we had a fantastic experience. Ryan asked what we wanted and nailed it on the 1st mattress option. He had us look at a few other options to confirm his original choice, which just proved his knowledge on the products. We asked about help with a good pillow and he got us set up with a great deal on everything!!! We couldn’t be happier with the choice to walk in the door there. Thanks for everything Ryan.
